Do you have a physical store?
We are an online only store only.
How many days do I have to return my item?
You have up to 30 days to return any unopened, unused item.
What is your warranty?
Our over all store warranty covers manufacture defects up to 30 days from purchase. If the products is in good shape and wasn't abused we will replace the item at no cost to you.*
Some of our products come with a 1-2 year warranty and this is listed on the product page of the corresponding products.
*Customers outside of USA must pay for shipping.
Is there a restocking fee if I return the item?
There will by a restocking fee of 10% unless the item is being returned because of manufacture defect.
What payments can I use?
At our store, you can pay via any of the major credit cards such as American Express, Master Card, Visa Card. In addition, you can also pay via Paypal. If you are overseas and would like to wire us money, please contact us by email for details.
If you are an established company, we do accept Purchase Orders.
Ordering with a Purchase Order is easy. Here are 2 simple steps to complete your order.
1. Email a copy of the Purchase Order to email@example.com.
- We will email you an order confirmation and invoice.
- Please include on the Purchase Order: Email Address, P.O. Number, Items Ordered, Billing Address, and Shipping Address.
