Do you have a physical store?
We are an online only store only.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee our products 100%. We stand behind our products and all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days. Within the 30-day warranty, we will repair and/or replace parts or products that are defective in materials or workmanship.
Some of our products come with a 1-2 year warranty and this is listed on the product page of the corresponding products.
*Customers outside of USA must pay for shipping.
How are orders shipped, and how long do they take to arrive?
Shipping time depends on what service you choose. We typically send out same or next day. We have very fast service. Custom orders can take 2-5 extra days longer to ship. We ship most items from our Warehouse in Leavenworth, WA. Shipping times may vary by destination.
FedEx orders by ground
Western states: 2-3 business days
Midwest: 4-5 business days
Southeast: 5-7 business days
East Coast: 5-7 business days
Alaska/Hawaii: 6-7 business days
Delivery standards for USPS Priority Mail are 2-3 days anywhere in the country (with some exception for rural areas). Hawaii and Alaska 5 days.
Delivery standards for USPS First-Class mail are 3-7 days.
Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3 Day shipping is available.
We have a few options available for International customers. Both FedEx and USPS offer international shipping solutions. Rates and Delivery times will vary based on weight, destination, and courier choice.
What payments can I use?
At our store, you can pay via any of the major credit cards such as American Express, Master Card, Visa Card. In addition, you can also pay via Paypal. If you are overseas and would like to wire us money, please contact us by email for details.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We accept purchase orders from established businesses. We try to make purchasing our products as easy as possible. Schools, businesses, and organizations can take advantage of our quick shipping as soon as we receive your purchase orders. This option is available from the shopping cart as a payment method. Simply check out like you would with a Credit Card or PayPal, but select "Purchase Order" as the payment option. Once you check out with your items, your invoice will be emailed to the address you specified. For verification, you will need to send a copy of the physical purchase order by email loren[@]tallycounterstore.com).
