Purchased a pair E4 counters to replace mechanical ones. The silent operation is great. Did not realize how heavy the mechanical counters were until comparred to the E4.

We have been using the mechanical type that NEVER seems to last more than a week. The two type I am testing is so bulletproof. We count all inbound trains for all SF Giants games. In the end, it will depend on which of the two hold up the best and then buy that
Lightweight and precise

I am a professional Tour Guide and during a lifetime I had hanging on my neck one of those traditional metal tally counters. Two weeks ago I received my E4 and everything changed. It is extremely lightweight so I can have it attached on a cord to my neck that it's no longer a problem.
Great little tool!

This is exactly what was needed to quickly count our church worship attendance.

Used the electronic hand counter to judge at speed jump rope tournament and it worked great. You don't have to press the button as hard as the mechanical ones and I think the button is more comfortable.

This product was exactly what I was looking for, I am a research student at a major university and needed a silent way to conduct a few studies...this product covered all bases and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a silent count. Also noted, the customer service is outstanding, willing to help and resolve issues within hrs of inquiry.
